Ahmad Azhar Bin Wagiran has more than 23 years of experience in manufacturing, consultation and training services, namely in the manufacturing (manufacturing) of automotive components. Involve with ISOTS16949:2009 and ISO9001:2015 as practitioner/ QMR for Brimal Stampress Engineering Sdn Bhd and Autokeen Sdn Bhd and IATF 16949:2016 trainer and consultant for Burnmark Industries Sdn Bhd in 2018 and currently consultant and trainer for Showa Tec Malaysia Sdn Bhd. In the case of ISO14001:2015, he was the trainer and consultant for the certification program for Parkside Flexible (Asia) Sdn Bhd, a UK based foods and cigarette plastic packing company at Glenmarie, Shah Alam.

To expend knowledge on management coaching, he has gone through attended short courses on management system, financial strategic planning, Quality improvement (Japanese and German methodology), locally and abroad. He has vast experience conducting training & consultation and expose to different subjects such as ISO Family & Group, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), 5S Quality Environment, Kaizen (8D Method) & Improvement (KIP), Total Quality Management (TQM), Business Excellence Framework (BEF), Business & Financial Planning and Soft Skills. He is also often appointed as a Judge/jury in the ICC and QCC programs. As a trainer, he has gone through Train the Trainer session for the following qualifications; IR4.0 awareness and the convergence to LEAN/ Kaizen/ RCA (8D METHOD) implementation.
