Digital ID provides digital subscription services that offer immediate access to our platform features. Due to the intangible and digital nature of these services, all payments made are considered final and non-refundable.
Our subscription plans are billed on a one-time, monthly, or yearly basis as selected during purchase. Once a payment has been successfully processed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period after cancellation.
If a payment fails or is declined, access to paid features may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed. No charges will be applied for failed payments.
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend access to your account and may request further clarification or documentation. Resolving payment issues promptly will ensure continuous service without interruptions.
